In order to accelerate the construction of young teachers, give full play to the leading and exemplary role of backbone teachers in the Senior High Department, guide and help young teachers and teachers without senior high school teaching experience to grow better and faster, and further improve the overall quality of the teacher team, on 25th September, 2022, the Senior High Department of our school held the launch ceremony of the 2022 ‘Blue Project’ pairing activity in the conference room on the second floor of our school.
At the launching ceremony, Deputy Director Jiang Shengyou of the Senior High Department gave a comprehensive and systematic interpretation of the implementation plan of the ‘Blue Project’ in 2022, read out the pairs list of the ‘Blue Project’, and clarified the responsibilities of both the instructors and the young teachers.
Furthermore, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai encouraged the young teachers to be diligent in study and thinking, attend more lectures, go hand in hand with their instructors, acquire ability in teaching and management practice, and broaden their horizons in the meantime. Afterwards, Principal Assitant Xu Zuitai issued letters of appointment to backbone teachers, after which the instructors and the young teachers took a group photo.
To conclude, with the joint efforts of the instructors and young teachers, it’s believed that the new teachers will grow up quickly and become a new force in the development of the Senior High Department and add more light to the educational cause of the school!
